Instruction

3. If you are a subscriber on whom the contract of provision of services is issued, take the passport and the contract. Not less, than in 5 days prior to estimated date of shutdown, personally file the written statement to department of sales and customer service.
4. Expect a call from the specialist for coordination of date of a visit. At the appointed time to you the employee of the company should be, execute necessary actions for service shutdown and also dismantle the necessary equipment and accept it under the act of reception/delivery. The service is turned off.
5. Next day check whether completely there was a service shutdown. It is possible to make it, having called by phone number 09. Write number and a name of the operator. There or will tell what everything be all right, or that shutdown will happen during certain time. Until by phone number 09 confirm blackout from services of Avangard, to you will contain money.
6. If the subscriber cannot personally be in office of customer service, that it is necessary to receive the signed power of attorney certified by rules of the legislation from it; copy of the passport. The person on who the power of attorney is written out is also obliged to provide the passport.
