The most important technical characteristics of connection with the Internet are the speed of downloading of data and stability of connection. It is impossible to bypass the speed limit exposed by your data plan, but there is an opportunity to dispose of the available channel of access with maximum efficiency.

1. When downloading files by means of a download manager first of all give to downloadings the greatest possible priority. Set the number of simultaneous downloadings equal to one. Disconnect a torrent and other download managers which work at the moment. Close all programs which can use connection with the Internet as much as possible to increase the possible speed of downloading. Open a tray and close all programs then use a combination of [ctrl]+ of [alt]+ [delete] to cause the manager of processes. Complete all processes which have the word ""update"" in the name - it is processes which download updates.
2. Using a torrent, listen to the same recommendations, as in the previous step. Disconnect all existing applications using connection with network and expose the maximum priority for downloadings. Disconnect speed limit for the operating downloadings then set maximum speed for the return equal to one kilobit per second. Do not open the browser before completion of downloading.
3. At implementation of web surfing, it is necessary to disconnect all applications which can use the Internet, including torrents and messengers.
