1. Begin with check of a status of devices by means of which your network is created. If you use the ADSL modem, then connect it to a telephone line through a splitter. Use of this small device allows to lower considerably noises and to ensure high-quality functioning of an Internet channel.
2. Make sure of absence of damage in a telephone cable. If you found numerous twists and other self-made connections, replace a cable. The damaged and restored cables can be used for connection of stationary phone, but not the ADSL modem.
3. Now start a software setup. Reset modem parameters, having pressed the necessary button on the device case. Again set up the network equipment. Existence of the volume routing table which is created in operating time of the modem can negatively affect quality of network functioning.
4. Optimize your computer. For this purpose carry out complex cleaning of a system. Correct register errors, using the RegOrganaizer or CCleaner programs. Delete all temporary files created by browsers and other programs.
5. Download the Advanced System Care utility from the website www.iobit.com. Execute installation of this program and start it. During installation select the DSL item and specify the connection speed stated by provider. Open the Utilities tab and click an icon "The Internet the assistant". Select the Automatic adjustment parameter and press Next.
6. Find the Connection speed field and move the slider to the necessary mark. Click "Forward!" and wait until the program configures settings of access to network.
