After registration on popular social network VKontakte, your page seems empty. In this case it is necessary to load a photo, to add friends and many other things.
Instruction
1. Photo. Add the photo that friends could recognize you. For this purpose, to put the main photo or an avatar it is necessary: on the homepage of your profile to click ""Put the Photo"". Further it is possible to load the photo from the PC, having clicked ""Select the File"" or to take the snapshot by means of the webcam, having clicked ""take the snapshot"". After loading of the photo it is necessary to select area of the photo which will be shown on your page. Click ""save"", and then select square area for small photos. After the choice click ""save changes"".
2. Editing page. On the homepage of your profile under the photo click ""Edit the Page"". Here it is possible to change a name and a surname. Specify date of the birth and the marital status. Further it is possible to select to show or not date of birth on your page. Further enter the hometown. Specify language(s). Further it is necessary to specify family members. It is possible to select them from the list of friends, and it is possible just to write a name and a surname. After that click ""save"".
3. Contacts. Without leaving editing the page, click a tab contacts. Here specify the country and the city in which you live. Then it is possible to specify the address. After installation of the address it is necessary to specify number of the mobile and home phone number. Right there it is possible to specify to whom your phone number will be visible. Then specify the login of the Skype and the personal website. This information will be visible to all users. Also in this tab it is possible to configure communication with other social networks, having clicked ""configure export"". Now click ""save"".
4. Interests. Go to the tab interests and add about yourself some information. This information will be visible to all users. After change press the save button.
5. Education. Go to the tab education and specify data on secondary education (school) and about the higher education (institute, the university). After filling click ""save''.
6. Career. Specify the place of the work in a tab of a pit, and then save changes.
7. Service. Go to the tab service and add the city and a body in which you served. Save changes.
8. Living position. Specify a little more on yourself in a tab living position, save changes.
9. Search of friends. Come to the homepage of the profile of VKontakte, having clicked with the name. Then above click ""people"". By search of friends specify all data on the person known to you. Right there it is possible to look for news, audio and video files, communities.
