The online service "A personal account of the taxpayer" is available to users since the end of 2012. He allows to see a status of tax assignments, existence of debts on own computer.
For what "The personal account of the taxpayer" is necessary
The personal account is created first of all for convenience of taxpayers. Now they without statements, long expectations and queues can obtain all information interesting him. Among opportunities of service:
- obtaining up-to-date information on the registered property and transport objects, about the accrued and paid taxes on them;
- control of a status of calculations with the budget, existence of debts and overpayments;
To get an idea of functional features of a system, it is necessary to enter in an authorization form the login – 000000000000 (12 zero) and any password.
- receiving and downloading of tax notifications and receipts;
- payment of tax payments;
- tracking verification of tax declarations in form No. 3-NDFL.
In service it is also possible to contact directly tax authorities without personal visit.
How to get access to a personal account of the taxpayer
For gaining access to a personal account it is necessary to contact any FTS, not only in the place of a registration. For this purpose it is necessary to write the application and to show the passport and INN.
It is possible to get access to the personal paper only personally at presentation of the passport. In other ways it cannot be made as data in a personal account are a tax secret.
If the application is submitted through the authorized representative, then it is necessary to provide to the notarized power of attorney.
It will be necessary only to receive the registration card with the login and the temporary password for access to "Personal account". Within a month the password needs to be changed for any convenient and memorable. If the taxpayer passes it term, he will need to contact FTS for receiving connection again. When losing the password it will be necessary to make the same, in other ways to restore it it is impossible. It is made for the purpose of safety and prevention of access to the contained information to the third parties as the initial password is issued on paper.
It is possible to get access to a personal account without visit to FTS only with use of the electronic signature (ES) or universal electronic map (UEC). Citizens who have EP/UEK can write the application for connection in electronic form on the homepage. At the same time it will be necessary to enter only the phone number and the e-mail address. Other attributes will be schitana automatically. After gaining access to a personal account it will be necessary to enter the login and the password. But it will be possible to carry out an entrance to service when using the EDS or UEK.
