1. Open the main menu by means of the Start-up button, further come into "Control panel", further "System" and "Remote access". Further on both computers open the Removed Assistant to Windows program. To come on the remote computer, it is necessary "Invite the one to whom you trust for assistance in a window of the program to click on it". Further there are three options: save the invitation in the file, send by e-mail or with use of Easy Connect. In the first case the file of the invitation will be created - he should be transferred to the computer from which will come. The second option is to send this file by e-mail. In the third case the sending the file with use of Easy Connect service is used. Select one of options. On the screen enter the password to allow access to the computer online.
2. Make sure that the subscriber received the invitation and started it. Enter the password and if Easy Connect was used, the request will appear without files. Further click the option "Request Management" and on the computer to which it is necessary to give remote access there will be a request to allow the assistant to manage a desktop. Confirm request that the assistant could come on the remote computer. Wait for connection establishment and confirm connection.
3. Download the Ammyy Admin program. It is convenient and simple in use. Start it on both computers, on the remote computer select the Client bookmark and select "Start". Further you will be told the identification number. On other computer click a bookmark "Operator" - there enter the client's ID (digits will be remembered on the future) and click "Connect". Further the desktop by means of which you get access to the computer online will be started.
