Configure a local area network so that all computers got Internet access, it is possible in several ways. Some of them very cheap, and others require certain financial investments.

Instruction
1. Let's consider option of creation of a local area network with use of the router. This method is rather convenient because several computers can get Internet access at the same time.
2. Buy the router. If you need to connect not only computers, but also laptops to a local area network, then recommend to use the equipment with a possibility of creation of wireless access point, i.e. – Wi-Fi the router.
3. Connect a cable of connection with the Internet which was provided to you by provider to WAN (Internet) port of the router. Connect computers which will be a part of a local area network with Internet access to throughportsthe LAN router. Naturally, for this purpose network cables will be necessary for you.
4. Turn on one of computers, open the browser and enter the device IP address into an address bar. You can find it in the user guide.
5. For a start configure connection with provider. For this purpose pass into the Internet Setup Wizard or "Setup of the Internet" menu. Fill necessary fields as you would make it in case of creation of connection from the computer. Surely activate the DHCP function. Save settings and reboot the router.
6. Now all devices connected to the router by means of network cables will get Internet access. Open the Wireless Setup Wizard or "Wi-fi Setup" menu. Enter a name of your wireless access point, the password for access to it, types of data encryption and transfer of a radio signal. Reboot the device, previously having saved the changed settings.
7. Turn on the laptop and activate search of available networks. Select your network and click "Connection", enter the password. Wait for automatic receiving the IP address for the laptop. As a result you received the universal combined local area network with Internet access.
