Anonymity on the Internet - a concept very conditional. Even if at visit of the websites and forums you write nothing and you do not leave any data, information on your computer all the same remains. Your IP address, version of the operating system, type of the browser and many other things. But, of course, most of all information provides IP. It is possible not only to recognize your geographical location, but also detailed data of your provider who, in turn, has logs of all your movements on the Internet by it.
Instruction
1. Therefore it is so important to be able to hide if necessary the local IP, setting up instead of it absolutely another. The easiest way for this purpose is to use one of numerous anonymous proxy servers. You can make it in two ways: through an anonymous proxy with the web interface or having changed as appropriate setting of the browser.
2. If you need to browse only some websites, use the proxy server with the web interface. It is simpler and more convenient as the similar proxy server looks as the normal web page. Open your favourite search engine and enter request "anonymous proxies". Select any pleasant link from the provided list. For example, www.proxer.ru or www.anonymizer.ru.
3. Find on the opened page of the proxy server a blank line for the web address and insert into it the address of the website which you want to visit. Upon transition to the website pay attention that in an address bar before its address the line with the proxy address appeared. It means that instead of your real IP the IP address of an anonymous proxy was reflected in the visited site.
4. As too tiresomely to open every time the page of the anonymizer and to enter the address of the specific website, try to configure the browser so that it all the visited sites browsed through an anonymous proxy. For this purpose lists of the operating anonymous proxies will be necessary for you. First of all visit the website to the address http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/last_checked_proxies.php. On the right side find a leaf with the list of anonymous proxies:
"Anonymous HTTP proxies" "High anonymous (elite) HTTP proxies". Select from them any on your discretion.
5. Pay attention that digits in every line are separated by points and a colon. All digits that are before a colon and are separated by points - it is one anonymous IP address. The digits which are after a colon is a port number through which connection will be carried out. That will be necessary for you and others.
6. In the main menu of the browser find the Tools or Settings tab, and in them the In Addition or Expanded tab. As a result you will find an office submenu "Network". Find in the opened window the button with the inscription "Proxy Servers" or "Use a Proxy" and click it. If you work with the Mozilla browser, on a tab ""Network"" use the Configure button.
7. Find a line with the empty fields "Proxies" and "Port" in the opened window. Copy in a line of the anonymous proxy address of digit to a colon and insert them in the field of "Proxy" copied later colons of digit enter in the field "Port". Then click Save and close a settings window. Now at visit of any websites by you not your real local IP address, and that anonymous will be reflected that you entered into settings of the browser.
