The Windows operating system installed on the computer is designed for use by its several users at the same time. For each person it is possible to create own account with individual preferences. The choice of the user at the same time is made when loading the operating system.
Instruction
1. Open the Start menu and click the line "Control panel" (or use the Control panel icon on a desktop). By means of special service make setup of accounts of users. For this purpose find the Accounts of Users icon in "Control panel" and double-click on it with the left mouse button. In a window of this service all active accounts of users of this operating system are displayed. With its help it is possible to create, temporarily to disconnect and also to completely delete users. The only user whom it is impossible neither to disconnect nor to delete – the Computer administrator.
2. To include the choice of the user when loading the computer, create the new account. For this purpose, in a window of service click on the link "Creation of the Account". After that enter a name of the new account which will be displayed in a welcome window, when choosing the user and also in the Start menu. Press Next. At the next stage select account type: computer administrator, or limited account. The account of the administrator allows to create and edit new accounts, to get access to all files and folders and also to make the changes affecting other users. The limited account allows to perform the operations connected only with viewing own files and change of themes.
3. Having selected type of the account press the Create the Account button. Now at turning on of the computer the choice of the user will be offered you. To select any given account just click its icon with a left mouse button.
In addition to creation of the new account, through Accounts of Users service it is possible to turn on or switch off the special Guest account. For this purpose click its icon, and in the opened window press the Include the Account button. "Guest" will also be displayed on a welcome screen, along with other users.
