1. Otherwise you pass to the following step.

Close as the programs existing in the active and passive mode, and those which can download updates. Disconnect such programs as download managers, a torrent clients and also messengers. Close those applications which are in the Explorer bar and also in a tray. Start a task manager and check shutdown of programs, having opened a task manager tab.
3. For optimization of web surfing configure the browser in such a way that pictures and also java and flash-applications will be disconnected. Disconnect those elements which are not priority for execution of the current task.
