Instruction
1. Execute optimization of the operating system by shutdown of QoS service. For this purpose it is necessary to gather msconfig in a search string. Then in the menu which appeared on the screen to find QoS RSVP service and to disconnect it.
2. Start Group Policy applet. For this purpose in a search string gather gpedit.msc, select Local Computer policy from the appeared menu and pass to Administrative templates. Later disconnect Bandwidth limit.
3. Start a device manager and choose the Show the Hidden Devices command, after that delete QoS.
4. In settings of the modem depending on its modification put the relevant data: for ADSL – 1492, for Dual Up – 576.
5. Perform the FireWall tuning, having blocked pop-up advertizing, banners and also unnecessary pictures which slow down the speed of loading of the opened resources.
