Instruction
1. Download additional smiles which you want to begin to rock in ICQ. Open the browser and pass to the website http://smiles.ru/. Save the pleasant smiles on the computer.
2. Start the ICQ 7.4 program if it at you is installed. To add smiles to ICQ, it is necessary to execute the following. Actions in this version will be similar also for other versions of the program. To add smiles to ICQ, it is necessary to execute the following. Open a correspondence window with any of contacts from your list. Click an arrow which is near a smile image button. Select the "management of the user smiles" item. Further the window of management of the user smiles, in it will be open, most likely, the inscription "will appear now you have no smiles". To correct it and to install new smiles, click "Add". In the following window there are three data entry fields. Press the Browse button, the folder list of the computer will open. Select the necessary smile from the folder, select it and click "open". In the field "tag we enter nothing". In the shortcut field enter a character which will designate this smile. Click OK. Similarly we add other smiles. Make sure that you selected the option "Display the User Smiles", otherwise to install new smiles at you it will not turn out.
3. Download archive with smiles which can be found on the majority of the websites devoted to this type of communication. Pass into the folder with installed "ICQ" and copy contents of archive in the root/images/smilies/folder. Start the program, come into settings, into the Message tab – Smilies. Click "install a package of smilies" and select a kolobok_smilies.pak package. If it did not turn out, try to reboot the ICQ program to install new smiles.
