- Internet access, registration on the website of VKontakte, information and photo videos of the future meeting if those are.
Instruction
1. If you are the registered user of VKontakte, then in the main menu select "My meetings". Further click "create an event". In the opened window "creation of an event" fill one after another all fields. Write the event name, the description of an event (as where will take place where there will be a collecting) specify date and time (collecting or the beginning of an action if you meet on it). Select the option "the closed action" or "public event". Also click "create an event". Your meeting is created, now it is necessary to start its editing and to make it the most attractive.
2. Pick up and load an avatar of your group. The picture should capture the event essence. If you want, then write the first wall post. Under an avatar select "management of a meeting". Here you can at desire edit the description of a meeting. And also you can specify the contacts (phone, email). You can change possibilities of actions of participants of a meeting – a possibility of writing on a wall and leaving of comments. Also you can add additional organizers. Do not forget to save all this. In the option "list of participants" you can browse the number of the participants, quantity who rejected your invitation and to browse possible participants (friends of your friends) whom you can invite too.
3. Under the option "organizers" there are photos and videos. If those are available for you – that can safely load them, it will attract interest in a meeting. When your meeting ends – publish photos and videos from a meeting, let participants leave the comments.
4. Click under an avatar "invite friends" and invite all or it is selective. If a meeting open, then those whom you invited can invite the friends too. Do not forget to come into a meeting and to watch the number of agreed people to come. Create advertizing of your meeting at yourself on the page, in groups of your city, area, leaving the short description appeal and the link to a meeting.
