At an entrance to network (global or local) each separate computer receives the personal "temporary admission" - the IP address (Internet Protocol Address). Instruction

1. To learn the IP address with help command of a line, at first it is necessary to start the command line interface ("terminal"). In Windows OS it is the simplest to make it by means of a dialog "Start of the program" - click the WIN and R keyboard shortcut for start of this dialog. Same it is possible to make, having opened the main menu on the Start-up button and having clicked the Execute... point.

2. After start of a dialog print in it the cmd command (without quotes) and click the OK button or click the ENTER key. In such a way you will appear in a window of the terminal of the command line.

3. Now it is possible to pass directly to definition of the IP addresses. For this purpose use the ipconfig utility - it enters standard delivery of Windows OS. Gather in the command line of ""ipconfig"" (without quotes). In the terminal of the command line there is an opportunity to use commands of copying and an insert with the right mouse button. Therefore you can not make a team manually, and copy the text here, and in the terminal to right-click and choose the Insert command in a context menu.

4. Having made a team, click the ENTER key. As a result you receive transfer of your current connections with network on the terminal screen, for each of which will the DNS suffix, a subnet mask, IP of the main gateway and the IP address necessary to you are listed. You can copy and insert all this information, for example, into the text editor. To copy - right-click a line, select the Select Everything item in a context menu and click the ENTER key.
