Most of net surfers have the dynamic IP addresses - the provider of Internet services at an entrance to network assigns them any of the free or not really loaded for this moment IP addresses available for it. That is, at each following run in the Internet this address can become another. It is possible to find several ways of different precision rate for definition of type (static or dynamic) the IP addresses at your current connection.

1. If you use DialUp-connection (the Internet "by cards"), then can be sure that your current IP address is dynamic. Even if within several hours or even days it will not change, the organization of DialUp-connections of vast majority of Internet service providers such is that does not provide use of the static IP addresses for this sort of connections.
2. Other very reliable way of determination of static character of your connection is to look at existence of the corresponding mark in the contract with provider. Providing the static IP address - almost always paid service therefore it is reflected in the contract for provision of services. If you have an access to online statistics, then can see this mark and there. For example, to find out it in "personal account" Beeline, it is necessary to go at first to the tab Internet, and then to click the link "Management of Services". 4. All other ways of definition have accuracy fifty on fifty, at best. You can look at the current IP address in properties of connection, then be disconnected from the Internet and reconnect. If the address in properties of connection changes, it will mean that it at you dynamic. But if remains to the same, it does not mean that it static - if you use the router, the address in properties will be always identical since it is the "internal" IP address, not what is used for Internet connection. Even if you do not use the router - the equipment of provider assigns the address proceeding from the current loading of lines, i.e. to you the same address within several hours, days, and even months can quite be given. But at the same time it will be left dynamic, i.e. without saving guarantees for any following connection to network.
