One of effective remedies of safety when using network connection is the network password. It should not be too short and simple as gives protection against cracking both for wired networks, and at installation of wireless connection as Wi-Fi.
Instruction
1. Sometimes in the course of use of the computer there is a situation when it is necessary to learn the password for network connection.
If you forgot or do not know the network password, it is possible to change it for the new password by means of reset of settings.
2. When using Ethernet-routers open settings and reset the values which are there, having returned former by default. Then open any web browser, insert the address of the router in an address bar and enter the login "admin" without indication of the password.
3. Set the necessary security settings, enter a new user name and register the password which you will use subsequently at connection. Click on "Save changes".
4. If you use other type of a local area network, download the special software for cracking of the password, install on the computer and enter any of the found networks. Then change settings according to previous points. However be careful with the choice of the website for a program gallop – on some of them in the program can implement a trojan.
5. If you need to learn the password for access to others point of WiFi, you need to use Windows OS of this computer.
Open the section "Control panel" on the computer and select "Network connections". Then open the Wireless Network Connection point and click the Install a Wireless Network function.
6. In the opened section "Master of a Wireless Network" click the Further key and do the same in the following window with the name "Add New Computers". Then select the section "Install Network Manually" and after "Further" select the section "Print Network Settings".
7. When on the screen there is a window with the Notepad, browse its contents. Among parameters of a wireless network you will find a line "A key of network" where the required password will be printed.
