Instruction
1. Recover the password, using only the e-mail address.
In the first field enter the postal address and the code of protection against spam. After in the right part of fields there is a green tick, click confirmation. If it did not appear (or the icon with a red cross appeared), then most likely you made mistakes when entering point. Be more attentive and double-check data.
After successful filling and departure of data come on the e-mail. There the letter will come with instructions of password recovery where it will be necessary to click the given reference and, having passed to the page of the website of ICQ, to enter the new password for the account.
2. Recover the password, using the answer to a confidential question which you specified at registration.
In the first field enter the UIN, and in lower - the special code of protection against robots. After emergence of green ticks click confirmation at the left. You will pass to the new page where service will ask a confidential question, the answer to which you should remember if you gave it special attention at registration. Fill all fields by analogy with the previous steps and you will be able to change the password, having followed the special link from your e-mail.
3. Recover the password, using the specified phone number at registration.
In a perfect analogy to the previous step you enter the phone number and the code of protection against robots into the first and second field respectively. If data are right, and will be found in the ICQ database your mobile, then on your phone the SMS notification will come with the new password.
