Each user of social network VKontakte at registration fills out about himself personal and contact information. Among personal information there is such point as "Marital status". Sometimes lonely people prefer to leave when filling this point empty. How to make it?
Instruction
1. Visit the website of VKontakte. For this purpose start the web browser. Enter in the field of an address bar of the browser without quotes of "www.vkontakte.ru". Before you the homepage of the website will open.
2. In the left part of the page the authorization block is located. If you are already registered on the website, enter data for an input on the page: e-mail and password. If you for the present have no account, you will need to undergo registration process, and then to enter the data and to become authorized.
3. After an input you will appear on the page. Here your personal and contact information, an avatar, a wall, etc. is placed. Under an avatar the list of links, such is located as "Edit the page", "Change the photo", "To the photo with me", etc. To visit the page of change of information on itself, select the link "Edit the Page".
4. All information displayed on your page is divided into categories: "Basic", "Contacts", "Interests", "Education", "Career", "Military service", "Places" and "Beliefs". If you want to change the Marital status point, then you need to come into the section "Basic", having pressed the corresponding button at the top of the page. The page of editing represents a biographical form. Find in it the Marital status point. Click on a black triangle near a window of filling and select the very first item in the opened list - "Not Selected". Here, actually, and all! After the made changes do not forget to click "Save".
5. To browse result of the done laborious work, return on the page. For this purpose click on the section "My Page" in the menu of the website which is in the left part of the page. Find the Marital status point and you will see result. More precisely, you will see nothing as you will have no this point on the page at all.
