If you want to load all e-mails into the e-mail on the mobile phone, use the following algorithm of actions which will help you to cope with a problem.
It is required to you
- - mobile phone with Internet access;
- - the set e-mail parameters
Instruction
1. Open sections of hierarchical structure of creation: Menu, then, Messaging and Mailbox.
2. Check whether settings of access point in the Internet are correctly made and e-mail parameters are set. For normal functioning of e-mail of mail, create the separate account. Follow instructions of the supplier of Internet services (ISP) in use of a remote mailbox. Having carried out the choice of the elements Messaging> Mailbox, for installation of parameters of e-mail select Start. Creating a new mailbox, pay attention that the name is assigned to it automatically and replaces the name "Mailbox" on the main screen of the application.
3. To load all messages into an electronic mailbox, adhere to the following algorithm: select Menu, then Messaging and a mailbox.
4. If you work in a standalone mode, select Options, then Connect to carry out connection to a remote mailbox.
5. Select the Options functions, then Retrieve e-mail and New for performing loading of all new messages, or Selected for loading of some messages. Choose the All command for implementation of loading of all e-mails from a box. Stopping loading, select Cancel.
6. To close connection and viewing messages of a mailbox in a standalone mode, select Options, and then Disconnect.
7. To open the letter in a standalone mode, select the corresponding message. If it was not loaded, it will be offered to you to load it from a mailbox.
8. If you want to browse attachments in the e-mail, open the message, select the field of attachment designated by a special icon. If it was not loaded into phone, select Options, then the Save command.
9. To make automatic loading of e-mail messages, choose the Options commands, then, E-mail settings and Automatic retrieval.
