Avatar it is accepted to call the small picture selected by the user for addition of a personal profile. Any static or animated image can serve as such picture miniature. To look at the avatar, it is necessary to perform several operations.
Instruction
1. If it is required to learn what avatar is installed at you on any given website, open the necessary Internet page and become authorized. After that you get access to the personal data. Very often after authorization in the top part of the website the avatars and a nickname selected by you are displayed at once. If you did not see them, open the profile.
2. On the different websites of the page with the information about you can be called differently. Somewhere it is "Personal account", somewhere – "Control panel". Find the suitable button or a line link and click it. Often they are located in the top part of the page.
3. Find the section "Setup" ("Personal data", "Profile"). Select the Change an Avatar item from the available categories ("Avatar", "Look at an avatar"). When the corresponding page is loaded, you will see that picture miniature which is used at present.
4. To look at the avatar in e-mail, enter the mailbox. On the example of Yandex service: in the right top part of a window click the line link "Setup". Select from the available sections "Information on the sender", having clicked a line with the left mouse button. You move to the page of editing personal data. Your avatar will be in the right part of a window in category "My Portrait".
5. In the programs intended for communication with other users too miniatures often are used. So that to see the avatar selected by you in the QIP application, just open any message box. The avatar will be located in the lower part of a window under the field for text entering.
6. To change or delete it, click the button with the letter "i" - "Show/change my data". In the left part of the opened window the selected avatar will be given by a close up. Press the Load an Icon or Remove an Icon button located under a miniature, save the made changes.
