After creation of the website it needs to be transferred to a hosting. Special programs of archiving of the websites are for this purpose used. Each management system of the website has the software for creation of archive of the website. Consider the procedure of archiving on the example of Joomla management system.
Instruction
1. Download the Akeeba Backup component from the official site of Joomla and install it to yourself on the website. For this purpose come into the administrator's panel. Open a tab in the top main menu under the name "Expansions" and click "Install/delete".
2. Install a component any in the way, convenient for you:
– specify path to archive with Akeeba Backup and click "Download and install";
– begin to rock archive with a component in the folder specified in the line "Install from the Folder" and click "Install";
– write URL on which the Akeeba Backup extension is located, click "Install".
3. Come in the component manager and include Akeeba Backup. After its start in the top menu of the control panel in the section under the name "Components" the Akeeba Backup tab will appear. Click a line with the archiver and open the program. You will have a page with settings of archiving and work of the component.
4. Press the blue Backup button located in a top line of "The main operations". Archiving of the website will begin. After that download the Akeeba Kickstart program.
5. Create on a hosting where you plan to unpack the website, the folder under the name "www". In it copy archive, the decompressed kickstart file and the language En-en.ini file (it is optional to copy it).
6. Cause via the command line of your kickstart.php browser. This address will look so: http:/ваш_сайт/ kickstart.php/. In the appeared window you click Start.
7. After completion of the main process of unpacking it is necessary to click "Run the installer". Continue installation of the website on a hosting. Leave all settings without changes.
8. Delete the folder under the name "installation" in a website root (the program suggests to make it automatically at the end of unpacking of archive with the website) and also files from the website of kickstart archive created in the course of recovery. Otherwise swindlers can use old copies of your websites in the mercenary purposes.
