Electronic mailing is the fine transmission medium of information for big group of people. If it is issued small circulation, then it is possible to make it directly in an e-mail client. For creation of large mailings use specialized programs.

Instruction
1. Begin search of subscribers to your mailing. You can leave the notification on it on your personal website or the page on social networks. Approve the list of subscribers. It is convenient to make it in Microsoft application of Outlook of the application suite of Microsoft Office. In the File menu choose the Create a Contact Block command. Separate them into groups on the level of the power of attorney of information if it is necessary. Save the list of subscribers.
2. Create the message by means of your e-mail client. Select subscribers and place their addresses in line to "Whom". Specify the corresponding subject of the message. Specify a necessary format of the message: HTML or normal text. HTML will allow to attach photos and to use different fonts. Send the message to the selected users.
3. Use special web service for mailing creation. Such resources as Google and Yahoo!, allow to create and save the message through the personal account. Give to your subscribers the corresponding reference that they could get news in the automatic mode.
4. Select one of programs for mailing creation, for example PHPlist, SendBlaster or VerticalResponse. Each of these programs has different characteristics. Select the application which corresponds to your requirements. Add the list of subscribers. These programs allow to add the e-mail address manually and also possess automatic means for creation and design of the corresponding mailing.
5. Create mailing and configure settings of its sending. Specify periods through which the application will automatically send your message. Do not forget to give to subscribers the reference for failure from mailing in case of need.
