This personal number is called the IP address.

Instruction
1. Often the provider assigns to users the dynamic IP addresses.
Static IP (for example, for network games, for access to the computer from the outside when the computer is storage of the database is often necessary, or at registration on a firewall of the corporate website or if on the computer there is a website).
2. If there is no opportunity to order the static address from provider, then use No-ip comes to the rescue, and it is free.
No-ip deystvuvt thus: The program installed on the computer replaces dynamic ip with the permanent address (for example, it: servermymy.no-ip.biz).
3. Register on http://www.no-ip.com.
4. If writes ""incorrect e-mail"", be registered so that the mailbox had the termination "com". (For example @hotmail.com.). Also with mail from Gmail and Yandex the registration goes without problems. Click Create Account, answer questions and press Accept, Create my account.
5. Further come into the mailbox and confirm registration on the website http://www.no-ip.com.
6. Download the program in the section of the website Downloads. Select the operating system and download the program.
7. For Windows the name of the program looks so: No-IP Windows Dynamic Update Client v3.0.4.
8. Register the static address on the Your NO-IP page.
9. On the website http://no-ip.com come, using the login and the password, in the Personal account, click Hosts/Redirects.
10. Think up Hostname (at us it will be servermymy).
11. Start that program which was installed. At setup follow indications of the instruction.
