Recently the website of VKontakte became one of the most popular social networks which number of the registered users daily grows.
Instruction
1. As well as on any other social network, VKontakte you can add the friends to special lists, and these lists can be edited. Users whom you entered in the list of friends can be distributed on some groups among which there are "Best friends", "Relatives", "Friends on school", "Friends on higher education institution" and "Colleagues".
2. To move any given user to special group, enter on the page of VKontakte, using the login and the password for authorization. You will see the main window in which right part your personal information, interests, a contact information will be had, below you can notice a wall with your records and records of your friends. A bit more to the left of personal information your avatar, that is the main photo, under it the list of gifts, your subscribers and friends, and at the left the sections "My Messages", "My Page", "My Groups", "My Audio Recordings", "My Videos", "Documents", "My Photos", "Applications" and "Settings" is located. For editing the list of friends you can click the section "My Friends" which is in this menu or to use the Friends button, under the list of your gifts.
3. Now before you the window in which questionnaires of users with which you are familiar are located opened. To add someone from them to the list of the best friends, colleagues, relatives, friends from school or on higher education institution, select a certain person, and to the right of his name you will notice the fields "Write the Message", "Look at Friends", "Remove from Friends", "Configure Lists". Left-click on the last field, and you will see lists of necessary subgroups. Select that it is necessary for you, and click the corresponding record.
4. Besides, you can move some users to number of the hidden friends. For this purpose attentively look at the menu located to the left of your main photo click the section "My Settings", select the Privacy tab which is in the top of the page. Find the column "Whom It Is Visible in the List of My Friends and Subscriptions" in the opened tab, click an inscription of "All friends". You will see a window with user names. Click names of those whom you want to hide, and press the Save Changes button. Do not forget to check privacy of your page again. In this window you will see the inscription "Who Sees My Hidden Friends". Make sure that near it it is written "Only I".
