Instruction
1. On the website place the notification on the forthcoming transfer. Make it some days before the actual change of the address. During this time a large number of users will be able to study the notification and also you will have time stock for delegation of the new domain. Change the domain name server (DNS). For this purpose contact the company at which your domain was registered. Some time (1-3 days) while there is a process of change of DNS, the website will be unavailable to users. Save all services which functioned on the old website, for example the current address of the website or redirection of e-mail. Use "Search of a domain name" to monitor process of transfer or to look at the report after its termination.
2. Make sure that on a new domain name the access to the server on which under the HTTP protocol the website is located is open. Load all files on the server of a new hosting by means of the editor of Dreamweaver. In this case the website will not change at transfer of files. In the editor of FrontPage from the postponed files create the new website, then move it on a new hosting. Make sure that this hosting allows to use expansions of the Front Page files. Thereby you load the website entirely.
3. Use in a different way transfer of web pages. Copy the source code. For this purpose click the right mouse button on the page and select "Viewing HTML of the code". Then transfer the text to the Notepad text editor. Save the file in the form of HTML, having changed at first its expansion in the menu with txt to html. After that load the complete page there where it is necessary. Consider that you should save the images which are on the page separately.
4. After completion of transfer of the website check correctness of work of a resource on the new domain. Configure readdressing of each page from the old domain to the new address. Turn off basic-authorization for access to the old and new website.
