2. Start installed application of HLDS.exe. You will see a window of loading of updates. Wait until all updates are loaded then set server options and press the Start button.

For installation unpack archive with the spendthrift then move addons folder contents to the cstrike folder, having completely replaced the available files. Pass into the metamod folder located in the addons folder copied by you then open the plugins.ini file by means of a notepad. Enter a line of win32 addons/amxmodx/dlls/amxmodx_mm.dll win32 addons/dproto/dproto.dll and save the file.
