When using several boxes of e-mail the probability that sooner or later you will forget the password from one of them is high. In this case you can use the simple sequence of actions owing to which you will be able to come on mail box from which you cannot remember the password.
Instruction
1. Open the homepage of the server on which your box of e-mail is registered. Find an entry form of the login and password, necessary for an entrance to your e-mail. Near them there will be a button of a napomninaniye or password recovery. Click it.
2. Depending on the server on which your mail is registered and also depending on the settings made during creation of the account it can be offered to you to enter the answer to a confidential question, to receive the password on a spare box of e-mail or to receive the check code on the mobile phone attached to your phone.
3. If at registration you specified a confidential question, enter the answer to it in the respective field. After that you will be redirected on the page of password recovery. Enter the new password two times then you will be able to use it for a login to the account.
4. If you specified a spare box of e-mail as an insurance at registration, use sending the password for it. Press the corresponding button then open spare e-mail and extract the password from a letter body. Use it for an input on the mail.
5. When using of the attached mobile number the message with check characters which need to be entered in the control field for reset of the password will come to your phone. Enter them then type the new password.
6. If any of the above-stated actions does not suit you, contact technical support. You can find its contacts on the homepage of your e-mail server. Point your login, the IP address and also date and time of the last input to mail. Carefully follow the instructions received in the letter from technical support. From you can optional data are requested, provide them for obtaining the new password or its reset.
