1. For convenience of payers now all utility payments, except the electric power and use of stationary phone, are calculated by means of the uniform payment document (UPD). This document is created in the uniform information calculating centers (UICC) and it appears in mailboxes in the tenth days of every month. Calculations for the last month are given in it.
2. Also EPD can be received and online if you for any reasons do not use the physical mailbox. It is possible to make it on the official site of GKU "Center of Coordination of GU IC" (http://www.gu-is.ru/) – if you have a login and the password for logging into the personal account. However, if you do not have these data, they can be received in EIRC. On the website pass on the Personal account bookmark, on the opened page enter yours the login and the password and select the district. In the top part of the page to you the menu from three points pictures will open: "Receive EPD", "Hot water", "Cold water". 4. It is possible to carry out payment of EPD online in several ways. The first of them – the system of online banking, it is possible to use this way if your bank provides such service. To pay EPD through online bank, it is necessary to enter the code of the payer (it is specified in EPD, you use it, coming into a personal account on the website gu-is.ru), month of payment and the sum. In some online banks the sum is displayed automatically.
5. You can also pay EPD through the system of electronic payments. Register in payment service provider (Yandex.Money, WebMoney, etc.) and deposit money to the account – it can be done by means of the card or the payment terminal. After it you can pay housing-and-municipal receipts. Keep in mind that some electronic payment service providers charge the fee for payment of housing and public utilities, in particular, Yandex.Money a beret from each payment of 2% of the sum.
