Instruction
1. For a game on a local area network at you the special LAN cable which ends are stretched from one computer to another should be connected. If there is no this adaptation, get in computer shop. Try to buy the big length that there were no problems of drawing of a cable from one room in another. Connect a cord to both computers. Further you need to make some settings in a system.
2. Come into "Network environment". For this purpose on a desktop of the computer click "My computer". Further pass on the specified label. In the left part click the Display All Connections tab. The operating system will automatically create local connection, however some settings nevertheless should be made. Click on a label with this connection and in a context menu select the Properties item. The small window with settings will appear.
3. Click "Internet protocol". Check the appeared window near the Use the Following IP Address point. Enter a combination of digits 192.168.0.1. The subnet mask will be created automatically. Click "Save". On other computer do similar actions, however the IP address should differ in final digit. As soon as you save settings on other personal computer, the notification on a new local area network automatically will appear.
4. Come into a game. It can be done clicking on a desktop label. As soon as there is a working menu, select the Game on a Local Area Network item. You will need to create a new game. For this purpose select the card on which you will play. Also configure initial resources. On other computer also come into this game. Click "A game on a local area network". Only in this case it is necessary to select the Find Local Connection item.
5. If all settings in the personal computer were made correctly, then the system will automatically find new connection in a game. The second player also should select race for which he will play. However he will not be able to make settings of cards and resources as the creator of this connection is on other IP address. The similar procedure is similar for all versions of the game "Heroes". To play on the Internet, it is necessary to connect connection and to find free servers.
