After copying of information from p2p-networks (peer-to-peer) it is recommended to rise on distribution, i.e. to distribute the copied material to other users of these networks. For performing this operation any torrent client is used.

Instruction
1. To put any file on downloading, it is necessary to install a torrent client. At the moment such clients already several dozen and use of everyone give the pluses and minuses. One is right that the speed of copying and return of materials does not depend on the specific client as only the provider can limit connection speed.
2. On the website from where you copied the necessary file, it is necessary to click on the link of downloading a torrent file. After this procedure this file it is necessary to start a torrent client with the help. As an example utorrent and vuze will be used. Both clients are similar in functionality therefore it is possible to put files on distribution in both cases.
3. After start of the saved file in utorrent with the torrent extension you will see a window in which it is necessary to specify arrangement of files if they already was are downloaded. It should be noted that today there are several editions of the program which have functionality excellent from each other. For example, version 1.8 contain the expanded manager of files above — it is separately possible to select directories and files. In older versions there is no such opportunity and the user should select files and folders, using one general list.
4. Now click "OK". Within one-two minutes there will be a check of compliance of the files which are on your hard drive and specified in a torrent file. As soon as opposite to a line of the current distribution appears "Is distributed" or Seeding, contract utorrent. It is possible to distribute files to other users and in the background.
5. In a main window of the Vuze program it is necessary to click the top File menu and to select the Open item. In the appeared window select a torrent file and click "Open".
6. Then click by the Browse button and select the distributed file or the directory. Click "OK" to close this window. If you see a dialog box with confirmation of replacement of files, select "OK" or click the ENTER key.
