Advantages of e-mail before normal are obvious: messages reach the addressee in read minutes, and even seconds, and may contain various and volume attachments including multimedia files. At the same time it is not necessary to be spent for envelopes and brands. But the main condition of sending and a receipt of letters is saved: to write and send the e-mail, it is necessary for you as when using a regular mail to have own address.

1. Register an own electronic mailbox in one of the existing mail services or on your own domain (if you still did not make it). Remember your address and the password for access to a mailbox. Report your e-mail address to all potential korrekspondenta.

2. Log in the account. For this purpose enter the login and the password in the respective fields. Not to enter these data constantly at each visit of mail service, put a checkbox in the field of "Remember Me". You will be able to read all correspondence which came to your address in the Entering folder, except those letters which the mail service considered suspicious. They will be in the folder under the name "Doubtful" or "Spam" - the specific name depends on your mail service. You can create the folders and set the installations of filtering of the arriving letters through the menu of settings.

3. Make double click by a mouse by the name of the folder which contents you want to browse. Headings of unread letters will be highlighted in bold type. To read the selected letter, make double click by a mouse on its heading (subject). In the opened window detailed information on the sender and also date and time of departure of the letter on top will be specified. If desired, you will be able to enter the sender in the contact list (address book). The files enclosed letter (if those are available) are displayed below under the text of the letter, and a row located buttons which will allow to view the application in the browser or to download on the hard drive.

4. Write the reply to the received letter in a window specially allotted for this purpose from below. If you want to direct fuller answer with attachments, press the Full Form of the Answer or Answer button. Then in the form for the letter the destination address will appear automatically, and the subject of the letter will remain to the same with adding of the Re: prefix.

5. Enter the text of the letter from the keyboard or copy from the text editor. To add attachment (text, audio- and video files), press the Attach button. In the opened window select the necessary file. Attachments it is possible to make a little. The maximum volume of the attached files depends on your mail service.

6. Use, if desired, additional functions which are provided by your mail service. For example, request the notification on reading of the letter. It is possible to browse and activate these functions, having clicked the Additional (Expanded) Opportunities menu. It is also possible to mark your letter "important", having selected a checkbox in the respective field.

7. Press the Send button that your letter left to the addressee. If everything passed safely, on the monitor the inscription "The Letter Is Sent" will appear. It is possible to view the letters sent by you in the corresponding folder.

8. Select the Write the Letter menu if you want to send someone the letter. Enter a destination address in the respective field manually or select a name from your address book. One letter can be sent to several addressees at once. Specify a letter subject. Follow the instructions stated above further. Adding addressees to the address book, do not forget to do for yourself necessary additional marks and to distribute correspondents on separate groups then unmistakably to identify them.
