Very often there is a need to load any files into the Internet, having an opportunity to receive on them the direct reference. It is possible to make it in several ways, but, perhaps, loading through special services will be the most convenient. One of such services is also Dropbox – the free program for downloading very convenient for loading of files on the server and possessing many useful functions. Let's consider in more detail an operation algorithm with it.
Instruction
1. First of all, download Dropbox. Dropbox is a convenient system, two-piece: client software program and Internet service. Download the program. After installation the program will be started from a tray (the control panel in the lower right corner near hours). This program will control any directory on a disk. If in this directory something changes, all these changes are synchronized with the place on the Dropbox server which you selected.
2. Now start program installation. After you install it, will ask you whether you want to create the account. Agree to its creation. Click "Next".
3. In a window which will appear after that fill out the following data: Name
Surname
E-mail address
Password
Confirmation to a parolyapostavta a tick in terms of service.
4. In the following window select the size of storage where your files will be located. If you want to receive the free place, then select 2 GB, you will get other sizes only for a fee.
5. The following appeared window is a statement in which it is said that the virtual folder is created that from any computer it will be possible to get access to files which you load into this folder. It is possible to load files, having just dragged files there. In this window just click Next or miss the procedure.
6. After all, there will be a form, in it to you will suggest to select the place where the copy of a virtual folder will be located. You can select standard placement, and can specify any, convenient for you.
7. Click Finish. You will see a local root folder of Dropbox. All folder structure in this folder in accuracy will repeat similar structure on the server. Now just select necessary files and transfer them to a root folder. The program at once synchronizes changes with the folder on the server, and those files which will successfully be copied, will be noted by a green tick.
8. If it is necessary for you, set additional properties of folders. On some files you can enable access for other users at once. Now just select the files loaded on the server and copy direct references on them.
9. If necessary you can increase the size of virtual storage at additional expense. Remember that it is possible to load on the server any expansions of files. Successful to you works!
