The regular user seeks to minimize receiving spam. But at setup and testing of systems of elimination of undesirable messages there is a need its quantity, on the contrary, to increase.
Instruction
1. The first way of artificial increase in quantity of spam coming to specially created "experimental" mailbox is as follows. Create some more accounts on any servers then begin to send the messages similar to spam to a test box. They can have identical or slightly different text, in them it is possible to use the typical words and phrases which are found in spam (For example, "We congratulate, you won in a lottery", "Sushi delivery", "Sale"). Try to place intentionally in headings and a body of the message grammatical errors, to attach archives with passwords, links to services of reduction of URL, and check reaction of a filtering system to these actions.
2. The second way consists in artificial attraction to the "experimental" address spam bots. Place in guest books of several dozen English-speaking websites the address of a test box directly. The flow of undesirable messages will fall upon it in several days. It will be necessary only to observe, how well the filtering system copes with them.
3. The third way consists in sending for a test box of the messages containing the standard text of GTUBE. To similarly standard EICAR file intended for check of antiviruses, this text is intended for check of reaction of systems of fight against spam. 4. Testing spam filter, surely check whether there are no false positives in its work. Create a new box from which the system never checked the message yet. Send from it the message like "Hi, I wish you happy birthday". Do not place in it links, do not attach to it files, do not make in it grammatical errors. The system should pass it.
5. Having completed test and setup spam filter, surely delete a "experimental" box.
