Instruction
1. Start the mailbox and click on the link "Forgot the Password?" or similar to it. In different mail systems it can be called differently, but the principle of recovery of confidential data is identical everywhere.
2. In the opened form for password recovery enter the login or e-mail of this mail account and characters from the picture. Then press Next.
3. Depending on what option of recovery you selected at registration of a mailbox, one of the following opportunities will be offered you: enter number of your mobile phone which you specified during creation of this mailbox and to add the code sent by a sms to the offered line; give the answer to a confidential question (for example, a maiden name of mother or the brand of your first car, etc.); enter e-mail of other box which was specified at registration restored. To the specified address the activation letter in which the reference according to which transition will give the chance to change the forgotten password will be contained will arrive.
4. On the page of recovery enter two times in the offered lines the new password and click "Is ready".
5. Contact technical support of the e-mail server if at you it is impossible to change the password and to restore access to a mailbox in the above-stated ways. For this purpose find the reference for feedback and accurately describe the problem.
6. To avoid similar problems in the future, in particular if you use a set of the different websites on which it is necessary to undergo the procedure of authorization, write passwords in the notebook (electronic or normal), or on the flash drive.
