1. Create the empty website with a minimum of design of appearance and meanwhile without text. For this purpose register on a free hosting, for example ucoz.ru. This hosting gives the chance to make the website free of charge, without having additional knowledge and skills. Also he will allow you to save on a hosting and registration of a domain name.
2. Visit the website ucoz.ru to make the website on the Internet. Click "Create the Website". Further undergo registration procedure, enter the password twice, also select a confidential question and enter on it the answer. Specify the e-mail address, on it the letter for registration confirmation will be sent. Follow the link in the letter. On the page which opened enter the security code and click "Send". Further in the following window enter the additional password. Click to save. Further select a domain name, enter the code, agree with the license agreement and click "Continue".
3. Click "The control panel of the website" to have the website and an opportunity to manage it. Perform presets: name the website, it will be displayed in the title bar of the browser. Further select language. The system suggests to make the website on the Internet on the basis of a huge number of ready templates, select the pleasant design and press "Continue".
