To differentiate access to one computer of several users, there is a special purpose tool - accounts. Very often there is a need of removal of accounts in connection with reduction of number of users the computer. How to make it?
Instruction
1. Remember that it is impossible to delete the account of the administrator. You are also not able to delete the account of the guest. You can include or disconnect it only. But you are capable to add and delete accounts necessary for you, having logged into the system with the rights of the computer administrator. You can also delete the account of other administrator. But you remember, it is necessary that in a system there was at least one computer administrator. You will not be able to delete its account. It is limited to the system of the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and log under the account of the administrator into the system. If you have no rights of the administrator, contact that who has them. Come into the Start menu and go to the Control panel tab. Irrespective of a type of display of the menu of the control panel (on categories or classical), select the Accounts of Users tab and come into it.
3. Find the Change of the Account tab in the section "Tasks" and come into it. Select that record which is required to be deleted from the list. After double click on the selected account the list of those parameters which can be changed in this account will be offered you.
4. Select the Delete the Account item and click two times it with a mouse. Solve, to save contents of a desktop and the My Documents folder in the new folder (which is specially created by the computer) or not, and select the corresponding menu item. If contents of the specified folders are of interest to you, select "Save these files" if is not present, then they can be deleted safely (click "Delete these files").
5. Remember that there is always an option to cancel removal of the account, having clicked "Canceling". Further you will click "Delete the Account". The computer will specify last time whether really you want to carry out the specified actions. If yes, that the account is permanently deleted.
