1. After installation of several programs which considerably take away system resources of the computer there was a problem which essence in loss of connection with the Internet. For testing of connection the internal ipconfig command is used. For its start it is necessary to cause the command line.
2. Click the Win keyboard shortcut (window) + R. In the opened window enter the cmd command and click "OK". In the opened window of the command line enter the ipconfig command and click the ENTER key. If among results there is a line with value 0.0.0.0, therefore, you faced a similar problem.
3. For a fast solution it is necessary to pass into "Control center of a system", to switch off network completely, and then to include it again (to execute restart). After connection loading you will find out that the Internet is present at your computer. But once you pull out an Ethernet-cable from port of the net board, connection will disappear immediately. Constant restart of network is not an optimal solution of a problem.
4. There is more radical way – to disconnect the bonjour component. What the component and from where it undertook is? Its emergence is not accidental, the hero of the occasion – the software package from the Adobe company. In particular bonjour belongs to the Photoshop program. As you already understood, simple removal of it the application will not solve all problems therefore it needs to be deactivated.
5. Execute login with the rights of the administrator: click the right button on an icon of "command line" in Start-up and select the Start from the Administrator item.
6. In the opened window enter the mDNSResponder command – remove and click the ENTER key. Then pass into the C:\Program Files\Bonjour и переименуйте файлы mDNSResponder.ехе and mdnsnsp.dll directory, having received, for example, 123.exe and 123.dll.
7. After restart of a system delete the Bonjour folder from C:\Program Files. In the command line of Windows execute the netsh winsock reset command to make reset of the Winsock settings.
