1. If you paid attention, then the name of local disks cannot be renamed. They and are called - "Local disk D:", "Local disk E:". To deal with this problem, it is necessary to look in a problem root: glance in a root of any disk. You will see the folder which you definitely did not create - Autorun.inf. As a rule, such folder is created by the user of a system or any malicious application. Creation of such folder leads to the ban of copying of the similar folder the program wrecker.

2. But that was in the systems which are released before emergence of Windows Seven. In this system the procedure of automatic loading of any object from the hard drive underwent many changes therefore Autorun.inf is used for display of all attributes of a disk. To find this folder, it is necessary to include display of the hidden elements in a system: click the Start menu - select "Control panel" - "Parameters of folders" - the View tab.

3. After the Autorun.inf folder becomes visible to you, rename it or just delete. Reboot. Come into "Computer" and rename any of hard drive partitions available to you. At emergence of problems in a system after renaming of one of sections use system recovery.
