A lack of this option is need to expect consideration of the application which is carried out within 10 days. Time of mail transfer of documents can be added to this term. For this reason it is also possible to change the phone number independently for what it will be required to overcome two stages.
The first stage of independent change of the phone number on webmoney
At the first stage it will be required to visit the website of the Center of certification (in the control panel of own certificate). If the input is carried out with use of the old phone number, access to which is absent, then it is necessary to use the option ""Enter without Confirmation"". After that opposite to the field with the phone number it is necessary to select the Change function, to specify new number, to confirm it by means of the sent code. After that the first stage of change of number is completed.
The second stage of independent change of the phone number on webmoney
At the second stage from the participant of a system the confirmation of his personality is required. The main way of such confirmation is sending the test code for the former phone number. The problem can arise in the absence of access to the old phone number. In this case the system recommends to use one of additional ways of identification. Among such ways there is an input by means of E-num service, input of the answer to a control question, use of the help of friends (contacts of WMID) who can confirm existence of objective need for change of data. If any of the called opportunities does not suit the owner of the certificate, then there is a restoring access to the old phone number directly at mobile network operator or contacting the Center of certification with the written statement. It is necessary to consider that when using additional ways of confirmation of the personality the term of change of data in the certificate can increase up to thirty days.
