The fact that the Internet purse of the user was gone in connection with breakdown of the computer, cracking, loss of all data on a purse, etc. can become very unpleasant fact. However its recovery is under certain conditions quite feasible.
Instruction
1. In different payment service providers there are separate features on recovery of purses. For example, if access to Yandex purse was lost just because of loss of the payment password, it is possible to restore it or by means of SMS by phone (if it was tied to the account), or on a regeneration code online.
2. In the first case follow the link of the website and order the new password by SMS. If there is no leash to phone, then pass to the corresponding link, answer a confidential question which you specified at registration then on mail the message will come with the link. Copy the link in a window of the browser and specify all queried data - date of birth and a regeneration code then it is possible a system will grant permission for replacement of the password by new.
3. Recovery of an Internet purse in this system is possible only in the presence of the backup copy on the removable medium or in the computer. For recovery it is necessary to install again a purse from the saved data then the Data and DB folders need to be changed for reserve. These actions will cause synchronization.
4. If the purse is lost completely - i.e. there is no backup copy, money from the lost account can be received, but already only on a new purse. However it is possible only for those users who at registration specified the correct passport data.
5. In this case write the application for a refund on a new purse, report its number and own passport data. Come with these documents office of the company or send the document the registered mail. In case of sending the letter the statement should be notarized.
6. In the WebMoney system upon transition to other computer the access to purses is lost. That it did not happen, in advance copy on the removable medium a key file in expansion * kwm. Or, if it is absent, create it in the menu by means of the Safety tab, the subsection "Save Keys in the File". It is also necessary to remember also the password to a key file without which data cannot be installed.
7. Upon transition to other PC it will be necessary to install the used WM Keeper again and, having entered it by means of WM ID and the password, to specify path to your key file and the file of the purses which are previously postponed for the new computer.
