Mail.ru the Agent – convenient means for text messaging, commission of audio- and video calls, file sharing, etc. To use, it is necessary to have a mailbox on mail.ru. But what to do if your box was cracked? Or you forgot own password of access? How to restore the Agent?
Instruction
1. Visit the website Mail.ru. For this purpose start the web browser and enter in the field of an address bar without quotes of www.mail.ru. Before you the homepage of the website will open.
2. In the left side of the opened page the Mail block is located. Here you usually enter the data for authorization: login and password. Opposite to a column the password find the reference "Forgot?", click it. You will get on the page of password recovery.
3. If you remember your login, but do not remember the password, enter your login on the first page and click digging "Further". On the following page the system will try to recover the password to your box, having asked you a confidential question which was specified by you even in the course of registration of mail. Answer it correctly, and you receive the new password of access.
4. If for any reasons to recover the password by means of a confidential question in a box it is impossible, use other option – fill a form of contacting support desk. For this purpose click on the corresponding link below on the page of password recovery.
5. This form needs to be filled most volume. Enter as much as possible information on yourself, it will allow to return access to your account as soon as possible. The meaning of this form consists in the following: if the data entered by you match what you specified at registration of a mailbox, then to the address specified at the end of a form the letter with the recovery link of the password will be sent. The link works within three days. Attention, do not repeat request before the expiration of this term. At repetition of requests the system will issue the new password in response to each of them, and you will not be able simply to understand what of the received passwords is right.
6. When access to a box is restored, start Mail.ru the Agent and in a window of authorization enter the login and the new password of access to a mailbox.
