The main destination of e-mail – message exchange. At detection of loss for any reasons of important letters from a mailbox you should not be upset at once. It is possible to try to restore remote correspondence.
Instruction
1. In case of independent removal of letters from e-mail they do not disappear, and automatically are located in the special folder under the name "Basket" which is in the left part of the menu. For recovery of any letter come into "Basket", select the necessary letter or several letters with a tick near a source address and click "Move", located in the top part of "Basket", over the list of letters for removal. Before you the dialog box will open, specify the folder for recovery of noted letters in it. Then for confirmation of the actions click OK.
2. In addition, after each output from a mailbox all letters moved to "Basket" are removed automatically permanently. That it did not occur, change settings so that letters from "Basket" were removed only manually. For this purpose come into the Setup point, then in the section "Interface of a Mailbox" and near the Clean the Basket at an Output field remove a tick.
3. The letters deleted from "Basket", unfortunately, are not subject to recovery. Therefore try to ask the interlocutor to send you the message repeatedly.
4. If the sender has no such opportunity, write request with an explanation of the problem to technical support service of users. Several days later the administration of a mail service will give you the answer. However it is almost impossible to restore correspondence in this way as through e-mail resource daily there pass several thousands of letters.
5. To avoid an unpleasant situation, create the special folder and shift in it all correspondence, important for you. For this purpose in the section "Setup" click the Create the New Folder point and think up it a name, and at will and the password.
