How to restore remote messages by mail

Daily different messages come to our e-mail. It can be business correspondence, messages from friends, information mailings or spam. How not to get confused in the large volume of information and what to do if together with spam from a mailbox valuable information was deleted?

Instruction

1. E-mail is constructed on an analog with the operating system of the computer. All folders, files and labels when clicking the Delete button do not disappear completely from our computer, and are located in the special folder – "Basket". To restore the letter, open "Basket" on your box. Find the letter necessary to you and select it, having put a tick in a window near a source address. Note several letters if it is necessary. After this action all commands given by you will belong to each selected letter.

2. Click "Move" which is at the top of "Basket", over the list of letters for removal. In the opened dialog box select the folder in which you want to restore the current noted letters. Click "OK" to confirm the actions.

3. Check the Baskets settings of your mailbox. By default all letters moved to "Basket" are removed after each output from a box. To have an opportunity to restore remote letters, change settings so that letters were removed you manually.

4. If you already deleted the necessary letter from "Basket", unfortunately, it is not subject to recovery. You can ask the interlocutors to send you the copy of the remote letter, most likely, all sent correspondence is saved users in the folder of "The sent letters".

5. If the sender has no opportunity to send you the copy of the letter, contact technical support of your e-mail. Fill the corresponding form of request and explain the problem. Wait for the answer from administration in several days. However do not wait for an absolute guarantee of return of the letter. Daily through a resource of e-mail there pass thousands of letters, and it will be difficult to restore your correspondence.
