1. Visit the page of your mailbox. Enter in a window of access to your box the login and the password – those which you remember. After the system works on the fact that the password is incorrect, you will be redirected to a password recovery window.
2. Depending on the precautionary measure selected by you it will be offered to you to recover the password, using a control question, a spare box of e-mail or the cell phone.
3. If you select recovery through a control question, you need to answer that question which you selected during creation of an e-mail. In case of the right answer, you will be redirected on the page of password recovery.
4. If you selected recovery on the reserve box of e-mail specified at registration it will be offered to you to use a spare box of e-mail to recover the password. The link will come to a spare box, having passed on which, you can recover the password.
5. If you selected recovery through the phone number registered on e-mail box, the confirmation code on which you will be able to change the password will come to your phone number.
