1. If you long did not use an electronic mailbox and therefore it was blocked, click "Recover the Password". If before you the window with the corresponding name opens, enter your login in the offered fields and answer a confidential question, just as it was done at registration of this e-mail. Or specify number of the phone on which the message will come with the new password.
2. If in case of password recovery to a mailbox at its registration you selected additional e-mail, enter it in the offered field. The recovery link of access to your mailbox will come to the specified address to you.
3. Besides, on some e-mail servers, for example, on Mail.Ru you can use service "Mail transfers" if from your box which you want to restore the transfer of incoming documents was configured. For this purpose in the special field for restoring access enter mail address to which sending letters was configured and click input. On the specified box the letter will come with the new password.
4. In that situation when the mailbox was blocked through your fault, for example, you were accused of spam sending or any other violations of terms of service, contact "Support" of provider of mail services. It is possible to find e-mail the address in the section "Contacts" or "Feedback". Specify the login of that box which you ask to unblock in the letter and promise that more similar will not repeat. If there was a misunderstanding, and there is no your fault in an event, point to workers of the e-mail server to it.
5. There are situations when the mailbox cannot be restored. For example, if you deleted it independently and the term when it could be unblocked expired. In this case it will be simpler to get new e-mail.
