To restore speed, use USSD commands for connection of service "Prolong speed": Beeline – *110*311# (call); Megafon – *105*906# you watch (call) for the Moscow region, a detail for other regions on the official site; MTS – 0890 (help for a call from the SIM card), 8 800 333 0890 (multichannel phone number of a hot line). If you have other operator, visit the official site to specify data on providing connection to the Internet.
2. When you have a wire Internet, and in the conditions of providing tariff services there is no point on speed limit, you should contact the company providing Internet service. Breaks on the line, big load of network, technical works are possible. At any deal you need consultation of the specialist. Perhaps, your data plan became outdated, and use conditions on it changed. Then you will need to change a data plan.
3. In some browsers, for example, of Opera, the Turbo function is provided. It is necessary to increase the speed of loading of the page at slow connection. Check probably you disconnected it. If this is so – resume work of the Turbo mode.
4. Loading speed also depends on the server on which it is located. At malfunctions and technical works on the website the speed of loading can be reduced. Otherwise loading of the website can not be executed at all. You need to wait some time probably speed will be restored.
5. Check serviceability of the modem. Study settings of the device if software was attached to it. Perhaps, restriction on speed was covered in the program.
6. If you use a torrent manager, the speed of downloading will depend on quantity of distributing. If you did not change setup a torrent manager, increase in speed will be observed with adding of distributing.
