E-mail can be used for business or friendly correspondence. But often together with useful information on it spam together with which by mistake it is possible to delete also important letters arrives. Then there is a question of how they can be restored.
Instruction
1. E-mail is constructed similarly operating system of the computer. During removal of any folders, files or labels, they do not disappear irrevocably and are included in the special folder under the name "Basket". For recovery of the letter on Yandex find the trash folder which is located in the left part of the page in e-mail and open it. You will select the letter, necessary for recovery, and select it, having put a tick in a window near a source address. If it is necessary, select several letters.
2. Click "Move", being in the top part of a trash folder. Then you will select the folder in which you wish to restore noted letters. Confirm the actions, having clicked OK.
3. Come into settings of a trash folder of your mailbox for Yandex. By default all remote letters disappear irrevocably after each exit from e-mail. That it did not occur, and you had an opportunity if necessary to restore remote letters, specify in settings that they left only manually.
4. If you already deleted the necessary letter from a trash folder, unfortunately, it will be impossible to restore it. Besides, the mail service of Yandex provided a certain storage life of letters in a trash folder then they automatically from there disappear.
5. Ask the addressee from whom to you the letter arrived, to send you the copy, the letters most often sent are saved in the corresponding folder in mail therefore it will not make work.
6. If the sender has no opportunity to send you the copy of the letter, try to contact technical support of e-mail "Yandex". For this purpose fill the corresponding form of request with an explanation of the problem. In several days from administration to you the answer will arrive. However do not hope that the letter will be returned to you by all means as every day through a mail resource there pass several thousands of letters, and it will be extremely difficult to restore your correspondence.
