Steam is a serious Internet site in the territory of which it is possible to buy games and to play them. Unfortunately, not each game (and here a problem in the Steam policy) is created by competent developers. Sometimes the person, giving money for a game, understands that it does not cost that, and wants to return money. Whether it is possible to return money after 14 days?
When Valve returns money
Valve will return money to the user in the following cases:
- If from the date of receiving the games were played by less than 14 days, and during this time the user played less than two hours.
- Return terribly earned for additional content is also possible if it is provided by developers.
- If it is about the bought game sets, then it is possible to return them back (and to receive the money) only to those who used them less than 2 hours.
- In-game purchases can be returned within 2 days, but only if all of them will be returned in the same view in what were bought.
- Money for the game project acquired by the preorder can be returned too, but only if there passed less than 2 weeks and a game was not used.
Important point: if the person uses too often function of return of money, the administration of Steam can suspect something wrong, and as a result of the user can just block.
Whether will return money if there passed 2 weeks
Here the law on protection of consumer's laws according to which it is possible to return goods only within 2 weeks from the date of acquisition works. The technical support approximately will also write it if the user appeals to return money for a game.
