- enter the answer to a confidential question;

2. If at registration of the ICQ account you did not install a confidential question and the answer to it, then:
- enter number of your uin on a https page://www.icq.com/password/;
- specify so-called praymar of e-mail (mail address from which you registered your ICQ account);
- receive the letter with the code for further work;
- the temporary password which is recommended to be replaced as soon as possible will be sent you.
3. If on a step 1-2 you received the message ""we cannot send your password to..."", check writing of your postal address. If you cannot remember either the answer to a confidential question, or the address from which you registered the ICQ account - unfortunately, your chances to independently return yourself the number ICQ are small.
4. If you did not manage to return the number ICQ by means of the actions described above - you should not despair. First of all, notify your interlocutors in a contact list that you replaced number ICQ. Warn your friends that they did not respond to the ICQ messages arriving it from your former number.
