Instruction
1. If you have a Mozilla Firefox browser, it is the simplest to make it. For this purpose it is necessary to pass into the Tools menu, then "Settings", "Protection" and "The saved passwords". In the following window all passwords will be displayed, and you will be able to find necessary to you. But it only under a condition if the password was saved by the browser.
2. In a case with the Safari and Internet Explorer browsers it is necessary to come on the e-mail server then to enter in the necessary field the login from your electronic mailbox. Click under a form for data entry or to the right of it on the button "Forgot", "Remember the Password" or "There Is No Access to the Account", and then on "Further".
3. If you entered a confidential question at registration, at request of a system enter the answer to it in the respective field then click Next.
4. If you answered correctly, to you will at once suggest to replace the password. If the answer to a confidential question you answered incorrectly, then enter some additional information as that: the mobile phone number specified at registration, one more electronic mailbox which is registered on you, or other.
5. If such information was not specified by you or already lost relevance (replaced mobile phone number, for example), write the letter with a request to recover the password to support desk of the website. Fill for this purpose the installed access form.
6. However consider that the support desk will not answer you immediately. You should wait for about 3-5 working days. If to you failure in recovery of the lost access to the account comes (in case of, for example, lack of information), it is possible to try to write once again the letter, having entered to the maximum any data which were connected with activity on your box of e-mail. For example, it can be dates of sending letters, approximate date of registration of your e-mail address, the contacts saved in the address book and so on.
7. If the data specified by you in the course of registration correspond to passport, can attach the scan of the corresponding pages of the passport, the driver's license or other documents proving your identity to the sent letter.
